After driving this car, we feel its up to the moniker. WOW - what a find this is. This is an g> example of a 1995 Mustang. It's in very good condition inside and out, and it's got some great features, including an audio system with subwoofer and amp. The highlight of the car is its split personality. This car is tame enough to be your everyday driver, but when the boost of the turbo is called up, it is SCARY fast. Very, Very impressive (our estimate is 500hp +). You can see a video of the experience from inside the car on YouTube, Click here. This is a lifetime Florida car, so it hasn't been exposed to the road salt and rough conditions of northern roads. It has obviously been VERY well cared for. The exterior is in excellent shape. The paint shines all around, with the exception of the parts of hood and roof - they do have some light fade spots. There aren't any notable dents or dings, and there is no accident history or signs of damage repair. The Autocheck report is clean. Exterior features include 17" Cobra alloy wheels. The interior is also excellent shape - remarkable for a 1995. The seats have no holes, rips or tears. The dash, carpets, and door panels are also in fine shape. The rear seat in this Mustang is also in very good shape This Mustang has some nice features: Power windows, locks, and mirrors; Pioneer AM/FM/CD stereo; Tilt wheel; Cruise control; Cold air conditioning; Rear defroster, and more. Safety features include dual air bags. There is an aftermarket remote entry / security system. The gauges are all Sport Comp from Autometer, and include Boost, Fuel Pressure (mounted outside), Water Temp, Oil Pressure, and Tach with programmable shift point. The 5 speed manual shifts tperfectly. There is an AMS-500 2 stage Boost Controller. The trunk is clean, and mats are included. There is an Infinity Sun and Kicker amp in the trunk. The 5.0 liter is amazing. As we mentioned earlier, this car can driven as an everyday driver, but the turbo gives it an incredible boost. We haven't had the car on a Dyno, but our seat-of-the pants-O-meter says its probably 500hp. We don't know the brand of the turbo kit, but we see other high-end components form Eldelbrock, BBK and K&N in the engine compartment, so we're guessing they didn't skimp on the turbo - we've seen similar kits selling for $3000-5000. The ZR rated tires have good tread remaining. Current mileage on the car is 86,098 This car may driven, so mileage may be a little higher by the time the auction is over. If you are not a Florida resident, and you are are driving the vehicle away from our lot, you will be required to pay your state's sales tax up to 6%. If your state's sales tax is more than 6%, you will be required to pay the difference in your home state. If your state has no sales tax on motor vehicles, we will not charge you any sales tax. If you have the vehicle shipped, we will not charge you any sales tax (however, you will have to pay your state's tax at home). Canadian buyers: if you are picking the car up here in Florida, you must pay the state's 6% sales tax. If you ship the vehicle, you do not have to pay Florida tax, just Canada's import taxes. Legal Disclaimer: The parties agree to the following with regard to dispute resolution: Any disputes between the parties must first be addressed by mediation. The mediation must occur in Broward County, Florida. The parties will split the cost of the mediator. The parties must personally appear in Broward County for the mediation. If a party is a corporation, then only the President of the corporation or the corporation's highest ranking officer will satisfy the aforementioned appearance requirement for mediation. Representatives of the parties will not satisfy the aforementioned requirement. The aforementioned mediation is required prior to the initiation of civil litigation. If mediation does not resolve the dispute, then the parties agree that only the 17th Judicial Circuit Court for Broward County, Florida can resolve the dispute. The parties specifically agree that they will be responsible for their own litigation costs and attorney fees for mediation, civil litigation and appeals. The parties recognize that the State of Florida has laws which provide for the shifting of the burden of attorney fees. In the interest of reducing the risk and complexity of litigation caused by those laws, the parties agree to waive any rights they may have to attorney fees under those laws.
