If you know what Chang Jiang is, and not the river, you know what I mean when I say it is a utilitarian machine. Look up the history of this machine on the internet. This machine is made in China from the original German 1930-40's BMW plant that was taken by Russia after WW II and sold to China many years later. This machine was manufactured for the Chinese military and police for years and is still being made in China mainly for transportation. Have updated running lights, turn signals, taillight, and most importantly a lower geared rearend for better topend. Original diffential included with sale. Original lights replaced because they were junk and thrown away. Have original title from dealer I gave this bike to my son. He never registered or used it so the milage is original, less than 800 Km. Just barely broken in by myself. Had to replace carbs and petcock. Recent service tuneup and machine usually starts in one kick or push of the starter. Never removed sidecar but remove three bolts and it's off. The unique thing about this bike is the shaft drive known by all BMW enthuisiasts, and more important the REVERSE gear, which no other bike had until about 10 years ago. I will provide original Pennsylvania Title and Bill of Sale. Along with original paper work from china, spare points, condensers, carb floates and cables. Has a new battery. Should run forever not fast but reliable. Top speed around 60-65mph. Gets around 45 miles to the gallon of regular gas. Will carry 3 adults and 200 pounds in trunk. I drive around the small island I live on and it always get looks, talked about etc. Pickup at my residence or will deliver up to 200 miles for $1 a mile.
