PLEASE DIRECT ALL QUESTIONS TO HIM. rapidduster@aol.com THANK YOU. -I purchased this ORIGINAL PAINT 1980 mgb 20 months ago. -Before I ever got to drive it once I became very ill and it sat in my garage with a real 289 and 427 Cobra. Just last month I decided to finally drive this (and a porsche 914 I had purchased) around the block a few times. -The MGB needed some mechanical work to be performed before I finally took the maiden voyage. -The entire brake system from master cylinder to wheel cylinders has been replaced as well as the hydraulic clutch system, water pump, and muffler. -Also I had all the rubber bushings upgraded/replaced. -It's tuned, all fluids changed, starts, stops, tracks straight as an arrow. -This car is 100% road ready and , in my opinion, can be driven coast to coast with no worries. -We have posted many photos and have focused in on the smallest of issues. -Theres one door ding and some small surface bubbles in the paint by the rocker. I believe the paint has blistered and its not rust as the underside of the car is rust free. -Also theres a small tear in the drivers seat that you will see in one of the close-ups. The top was replaced (date in the plastic stamped 1990) and is fine. -So if you are looking for a rubber bumper MGB in the most desirable color and one that needs nothing at all, ones that's turnkey ready to enjoy NOW with no stories this is it. I sold the 914 a few weeks ago and now sadly this one must also go. -Inspections are welcome.
