OK Folks, this is one of the nicest Willys Jeep you will ever find. I purchased this M38 in Oklahoma in 2009. It was keep in a storage container since the early 80's and before that in a barn in Utah, it has been owned by the same family . I spent over a year in doing a total frame off restoration on her. Everything and I mean everything has been rebuilt ed. The frame and tub has been sand blasted and then had two coats of epoxy prime and then three coats of OD paint... The engine and trans have been rebuilt ed This Jeep is rust free with no bondo as you can see from the over 100 pics. I'm being transferred and can't take her with me so my loss will be your gain. It was all original except for the carburetor and air cleaner which was harder to find than I though. The only things left to do is put on the hood numbers (I know what they are) and the unit markings you want. you could replace the speedo and the oil pressure gauge( but they are original and I was going to clean them up). The spare tire is old and could be replaced but that's it!! Buy it, take it home have a riot!!! I have over 375 feed backs with 100% positive rating so you can bid with confidence.
