1983 Mercedes Benz 240D 75,000 original Miles Maintained by a local Mercedes Benz dealership since new I am the third owner of this vehicle. The original owner bought it new in 1983 and kept it until 2008. The second owner was the tech who serviced the car at the local Mercedes dealer where it had always been serviced. He restored the car to new condition. You will not find a cleaner Mercedes 240D anywhere. I have maintenance records on the car and all services since new have been performed by a local Mercedes Benz dealer. Even the Battery is a Mercedes Benz battery. The exterior is in perfect shape with no door dings. The vehicle is rust free which is hard to find on an older Mercedes Benz. The power antenna works perfectly and the vehicle features the original Becker europa cassete player radio. The dash clock and cruise control work perfectly as well as the vaccum operated locks. The original First Aid kit is still in the compartmenbehind the rear seat. The MB Tex interior and head liner are in excellent condition. The vehicle rides and drives great and I recieve compliments on the car every time I take it out of the Garage. I rarely drive the vehicle other than to shows.
