1987 Mercedes-Benz 300D Turbo I bought the car in Florida in May 2008. The cars body overall is in good shape it has only one spot with rust around a dent in the back below the trunk door. The dent does not impede closing of the trunk door and is unnoticeable from a distance. The color is Midnight Blue and the paint is in good condition. I replaced the transmission in October of 2008. The motor is bad due to lack of compression around 200PSI to 300PSI therefore the car is a parts car and is not drivable. All of the body parts can be used right down to the interior which is in very nice condition there is a slight rip in the drivers seat which is about a half inch long. . I can deliver the car at the charge of $1.50 a mile up to 300 miles basic on being paid in full for the car and delivery up front. Or you may pick up the car. Please look at all the pictures. The car ran good till the compress went out. I think a head gasket is blown but there was no water in the cylinders. Currently the fuel pump and injector pump were tested to see of it was a fuel problem when they found the low compression. The injectors are out of the car. This is sold as is.
