1980 Suzuki GS

This is a 1980 GS1000G. Has classic Vetter Windjammer faring. The bike has been well used. There are several minor issues with the bike. Tank has paint peeling off and has been scraped on right side. The faring has been scraped on right side and cracked lower in the mounting area. Seat is torn on right side. Front fender has some dings and scrapes. Bike has new tires front and rear. Front and rear brakes taken apart and inspected. Replaced front master cylinder and new fluid. Carburetors has been fully disassembled and cleaned. New plugs. Fresh oil and filter. New front bearings. New battery. Instrument cluster is cracked and metal cover is missing. The bike is fast, shifts smoothly. The bike has a reasonable reserve and can be a nice daily runner. Feel free to ask questions. I have several Suzuki's and am impressed with how solid and dependable they are. This bike was rescued out of a barn. Hadn't been run in years. After changing battery and cleaning carbs, bike fired right up. I thought of keeping this and getting rid of my GS850, but the 850 is fully bagged. The Vetter faring alone is a collector's item.
