The negative feedback that was left was from a person who used extortion outisde of Ebay and therefore manipulated us. Ebay is not doing anything as it was sent to our personal email. His comment about the pictures is accurate as far as us not posting them, however he never did anything a responsible buyer would do, such as inquire for pictures or ask questions. The listing was accurate in it's details, and he bid well over the reserve. However his actually complaint was that we did not include a spare jack or tire, and threatened us because of it. (of course you can't put that on your left feedback because you would look like an idiot) We tried everything to get it removed, but because Ebay supposedly has no jurisdiction in my personal email, well we are SOL. So... long story short. We are good sellers, honest people, and ticked off at the kind of crap that people get away with. Additionally, we now understand why many people won't sell vehicles outside of the country. If you are purchasing from another country there will be an additional $500 charge at the end fo the acution as there is a large amount of extra work that seems to have to be done and an additional risk. We apologize for that inconvenience, but unfotunately that has been our experience as well as others.
