1965 Plymouth Sport Fury Convertible. Triple black. I am the second owner, purchased in 1984. Motor, transmission, body all redone in 1992, about 26,000 miles ago. Heartbroken to learn that the frame and floor are rotted out This car will not pass NYS Inspection. *** Excellent sheetmetal all around -- a few little scratches ***Engine -- 318 with poly heads, runs great, needs some gaskets ***Transmission -- good, but needs gaskets ***Interior and top in very good condition, top hydraulics complete and work excellent. Top needs new latches *** Includes spinner wheel covers and a few minor extra parts. This is either an outstanding parts car, or a terrific deal for a metal worker with time on his hands. If you can do the frame yourself, this is a great deal. Shipping is not included in this sale. You will have to arrange for shipping, and I will assist with the arrangements. UPDATE: I've been asked several questions and wish to provide more info. The car is virtually all original, numbers match, matching black paint to original. Frame is bad around suspension, and floor pans too. The only options are the seatbelts and the remote adjust driver mirror. The car is drivable, and I have taken it to the parts store, bodyshop, where I got the bad news, and the gas station. I would not go more than a few miles, as I would not want to frame to break.
