In San Diego area and up for NO RESERVE auction is a beautiful 1985 Mercedes 380SL convertible with an automatic transmission. It has 2 tops. If you are new to Ebay with 2 or less positive feedback, please email me with your phone number before you bid. Engine is strong and good. Easy to start and runs great. Handles well also. Oil gauge in the dash show good readings. Oil pressure is strong, even when warm at idle. There's no smoke or knock. Please see photo. Transmission shifts nicely. NO RUST. It's a beautiful car. Body is great, there's very miminal dings. Paint is beautiful. Please look at the photos closely as they do a better job in describing the cosmetics than I could. Interior is pretty nice overall. Side panels, etc. are very nice. Dash has some small cracks. Driver seat as some wear at the left edge. Convertible top fabric has some tears but it's useable, rear window is clear. Set of 4 Pirellis are in fairly good condition, chrome wheels are nice. Sparetire is like new. Brakes stop well. CA buyer: I will give you Duplicate title transfer form and CA DMV registration card that CA treats as title. Out of state and foreign buyer: I will get you a CA title in your name and your address for additional $200. Sorry for you to have to pay additional fee. Your state or country would not accept the dup forms from CA as title. Going this route might save you sales tax in your state. Will do smog inspection for CA buyer at additional $50.
