1979 Triumph Bonneville

Rare "Special" model with only 370 miles. This bike is a true barn find. It was dropped after only 300 miles by the original owner then put the bike in storage for the last 30+ years. The only damage to the bike is a scratch on the top of the tank and a small dent just behind the Triumph badge on the primary side of the gas tank (see pictures). Buyer will be the third owner of the bike the second being a triumph mechanic/motorbuilder of 40+ years who removed the the head to replace all pushrod seals and verify the basicly brand new condition of the motor. The original tires are included. They are basicly brand new with full tread but were replaced due to cracking and flat spots from the bike sitting. Everything is in correct working order and the bike is ready to be ridden. The bike is a quiet smooth riding triumph one of the nicest Triumph ever built. Current Registration with Pink Slip in hand.
