Time to thin the herd, I'm moving and with a new addition to the family expected, I sure would like to see this desirable first year model GT750 J model Suzuki go to a loving home instead of watch it languish untouched in the back of my garage. I picked this up in the condition it is in now minus the bath I gave it for the pics. It had been sitting for years so it needs a proper wake up and tune up before you go riding (battery, fluid change, lubing/electrical check, etc.) The engine turns over and has compression and there were highway bars and a Windjammer fairing and king and queen seat on it so logic says the 50k miles are highway miles. It's a rider quality bike so enjoy it as is after you Kreem the tank and wake/tune it up or restore it for a surefire investment as the 1972 J models are the most sought after 2-stroke 750's. I would hate to see this turned into a parts bike because it is so original and complete with title but the front twin leading shoe drum brake assembly alone is worth at least $600 to the AHRMA vintage racing guys so that alone is some of your investment back should you need a parts bike. Overall as a rider it needs some TLC items like brake cables, handlears, exhaust seals, seat cover and some side cover cracks fixed but like I say, it's a complete and original bike worth of restoration.
