This is a 1985 Honda Shadow VT 700, with 23000 miles. The bike needs a new seat, and is missing one of the side covers. It is missing the connecting rod on the rear brake that connects the brake light to the foot pedal. The bike does have some scratches and dings. The color, as seen in the pictures, is a "faded red", but the clear coat is in good shape. The bike has sat up for a couple of years, so it will need a new battery. I have hooked it up to a battery charger, and have gotten it to fire off. Due to sitting up,it may need the carburator(s) cleaned out due to stail gas. It is a bike that several people, including both my boys, have learned to ride on, and would be great for a beginner. The bike will need a little work, and if someone is willing to put a little time and elbow greese into it,will make a very nice bike. This bike WILL sell, so don't wait around.
