This car has an engine idle problem. The car runs and drives, but I don't recommended it. The plates expired in may of last year, It did not pass the smog check because of the idle problem. The car is being sold in "AS IS" condition. My friend told me that it possibly is a vacuum leak because you can hear a sucking noise near the intake manifold. I've replaced the throttle body, and replaced the engine wire harness, and also installed a new radiator. I work on diesel trucks and I don't know that much about Mercedes engines. I have not taken it to the shop because I do not have the funds. I really like this car and do not want to get rid of it but, I have a little one on the way. Also I have clean title on hand.
