Up for auction is a 2003 Dodge Ram 2500 HD Quad Cab SLT Pickup with the short box. 5.9L 6cyl turbo diesel. AC, power steering, power windows and locks, tilt wheel, cruise control, cd stereo with premium infinity sound system. Dual airbags, four wheel ABS, power seats, sliding rear window, running boards, bed liner, and tow/haul package. I am not the original owner but have owned the pickup since 48000 miles, it is just starting to breakin. The engine runs smooth and has lots of power, transmission shifts solid, and it has been getting increased fuel mileage the past ten thousand miles. I haven't had to do to much to the pickup. Shifted hard when I bought it, had the tranny gone through, they replaced the valve body and it has shifted smoothly ever since. I used it for pulling my tool trailer at times but it definitely hasn't been abused or tested. Everything works well on the truck. It does have some minor scratches and a little dent above the fuel filler door. I have tried to point them out on the pictures. Both front fenders behind the wheels and in front of the running boards have small areas where the paint has worn off, just need some touch up. The rocker panel chrome accent on the passenger side rear door started to come off on one corner. Other than those two spots that have surface tarnish the truck is rust free as you can see by the pics. Interior is in superb condition. Only problem inside is the AC/Heater fan motor will run with the truck turned off. I always make sure to turn it off before shutting the truck off. It will run the battery down over night if left on. The pickup is smoke-free and very clean inside and out. Tires have about 70% tread left on them, and they are rated E class. Front end has a 2 inch spacer leveling kit. You won't be disappointed with this truck. There is still factory warranty left on the motor, should go to 100,000 miles. Not too many trucks with this age and this few of miles.
