I'm selling my clean 1988 Ford Mustang fox body coupe drag or race car. It is tagged and street legal here in Oklahoma, all lights and signals work. It ran 11.0's on motor and 9.62 on 150 shot of nitrous on the old carb(750dp) off the foot brake. It should run faster with the Might Demon 850 carb and different suspension setup, but I have not taken it to the track since. This is a cheap way to have one if the fastest street cars around. Here is a rundown of the mods; Motor: Fully forged and studded 393 windsor 13.5 compression, o-ringed block and heads with copper head gaskets Trick Flow Twisted Wedge heads ported and polished Healthy hydraulic roller cam (not sure of specs at moment) Mighty Demon 850 carb Vic Jr. intake Msd pro billit distributor Msd 6al ignition and coil Canton 7 qt oil pan Transmission: Built c-4 reverse manual valve body with transbrake (Transbrake has not been used on this transmission) TCI stall with antiballooning plates for nitrous SFI bellhousing Trans and stall have less than 100 street miles and 4 trips down track all motor. Suspension/Rear End: 8.8 rear end with 3.55 gears and strange axles new rear anti roll bar new rear Strange adjustable shocks Front Lakewood drag shocks Aluminum driveshaft with safety loop Wheels are Weld Draglites with 28-10.5-15 slicks on back Fuel system: 12 gal(?) fuel cell with sump and foam in trunk 2 holley blue fuel pumps, one for motor, other comes on with nitrous 2 fuel pressure regulators Fuel line is -8 hard line most of the car, rest is braided fuel line Body and Misc: 8 point cage welded in sub frame connectors Autometer gauges and tach line lock fiberglass cowl hood Nitrous Express Gemini Twin nitrous system with 10lb bottle Can deliver for $1.25 a mile after the car is paid for. The brake lights, tail lights, headlights, and turn signals all work. None of the stock gauges are hooked up anymore, just the Autometer tach, oil pressure, water temp, and volts.
