1983 VOLKSWAGEN RABBIT 2 DR Body is very solid, no rust, body work done and is currently in high build primer with black guide coat ,ready to sand out and paint. Engine compartment has been painted.Side markers ,molding holes and rear bumper mounts have been welded. Has front fenders from convertible. Has all glass in good shape EXCEPT for windshield New front shock inserts, new motor mounts, new front bearing. Front springs have been cut to lower and comes with lowering springs for rear(needs rear struts). Brakes have been gone through and are operational. Engine is 1800 out of 84 convertible and was running well when removed and put in this car. Also has wiring harness from 84 installed. Only mod to engine is larger throttle body out of newer golf and intake was ported to accept this. New timing belt. Engine is NOT running(needs rear fuel pump hose and pump hooked up(comes with pump). Interior needs to be redone. Has seats from 4dr. Has good carpet for front. Has head liner(needs to be reglued). Has good parcel shelf. Dash needs to be put back together. Would be easy to finish for someone who knows what they are doing. Or lots of good parts. No registration. Comes with bill of sale
