This is a rare gem, 1984 Jetta Turbo Diesel, has AC, 5spd, 4dr This car has a rebuilt MF code motor which means no valves to adjust, also a k24 turbo, and rebuilt and balanced injectors, the pump was resealed but did not require a rebuild, the motor was rebuilt at 125K(on the donor car chassis) because it had sat for so long, the mileage on the body of the TD is 215k, it shows very well for its age, the paint is rough around some of the edges but it is not perfect by anymeans, the drivers fender that is displaying its "patina" has a perfect replacement if the new owner would rather have it, it will be included, but not installed. Car rides smooth on the coilovers installed, they are 2/3s up, there is ALOT of drop left in them if someone wanted to run a smaller tire setup, I like the smoother ride at this height and the wheel/tires dont allow for much more drop.. The FT and rear swaybars are oversized for the application but it handles the corners like a dream. The roof rack CAN be included at an additional cost to be determined at the time of pickup..
