OK, listed this a while back and backed out because I wasnt sure I wanted to part with this nice of a car. I have since decided to sell because of the other projects I have going right now. TRUE BARN FIND, in storage almost 40 years, is a 1955 Ford Fairlane 2dr Club Sedan with 41k miles, all original, with a 272 v8 3 speed on the column. Found to be in very good condition, 99% rust free, all glass intact, all interior intact, body is very nice, right front fender has been hit at some point, all chrome is nice, seats were covered professionally to cover original seat upholstery and door panels, and headliner is still in car. This is an "A" title dated May 24th, 1955, one owner, and title is in perfect condition. When I aquired this car, installed a new fuel tank, sending unit, rebuilt brakes, new master cylinder, carburetor, and fuel pump.Engine ran perfect for a few days till camshaft broke in engine.Transmission worked excellent, and car drove perfect.Engine and trans are out of car, but they of course do come with sale of the car. Only noteable rust is a small area in floorboard where water stood for some time.(Very small).All lights work, including brakes and signals.Heat does not work.The car will be sold with original teal colored wheels that were on car, not the ones in the pics.
