Vehicle Detail
73 rs camaro big block pro touring split bumper 18” & 20” wheels. The front are 18x8 225,30,18 and the rear are 20x10 they are 275,35,20 all brand new. the car is not a true z28 it is an rs, i thought the z28 badges looked good on it. The car has a tall deck 502 big block 500hp that is brand new; it is the newer style big block. I purchased the motor from a buddy of mine it was brand new when I acquired it, it was meant for a project of his that never came to life. From the GM Good wrench catalog this motor cost just about $10,000. . The engine has a dart high rise intake. Has a performance cam in it (I do not know the specs on it right now, it is a 5 something cam, not to radical), has a 750 holly carburetor on it. Has a twister NOS kit the rating is 50 to 350, however never used and the solenoids are not wired up on it. Everything on this car under the hood & under the car is brand new. It was just purchased within the last 12 months. The car has not been used, and garage kept, a project that I have been working on. I believe the transmission is a two speed power glide with a 2800-3000 stall converter; the rear is a ten bolt posi. Have all new brakes, rotors, gas tank, lee springs, shocks, holly electric fuel pump, and electric fan. Have power brakes, power steering. The body of the vehicle: there is no rust on the car, all the floor boards are solid, no rust in the trunk, the paint has been done about 8 years ago, and the paint is still nice and shiny. The car is nice and straight. No major DENTS does have a few minor scratches. There is a small dent under the rocker panel on the driver side door cannot see it when the car is on the ground. The car really attracts a lot of attention, will turn lots of heads. I do have a stock hood for it, and a 4” hood scoop that can go with it. The new engine does sit too high for the stock hood. The hood will need to be painted to the match the car. The front bumper only has one bracket on each side, it is missing the second bracket, you cannot notice it from looking at it, but I just wanted it to be to your attention. The The trunk lock will need be replaced, I didn’t have a key for it and had to take it out, it is a $12 part. The interior of the car is in good shape. The passenger seat has a small tear starting to happen, the driver’s seat is in pretty good shape, does have some wear to it, but for original seats they are in good condition. The headliner is good. The carpets are good. Has a center console with a stock shifter. Does not have a radio in it, it has not been cut out and it is still set up for the dual knobs. Have a monster tachometer and all your other gages. The doors close nice and good, the hinges are good. Has a push button start on the ignition, the fuel pump comes on with the key. The electric fan has a toggle switch on it. All the lights work on the car. A couple of things that will need to be done to finish the car; you will need to get wiper blades and arms. One of the exhaust pipes are touching the back tire, it will need to be re-bent and moved away from the tire. The exhaust is brand new. The car will not be drivable like that. The timing will need to be set and the carburetor will need to be dialed in. I have not driven this car due to the exhaust; the car starts right up and sounds great. I have a lot of money wrapped into this car. probably somewhere around $30,000 My loss is your gain. there are many other new parts not listed HERE; you can call me with questions at (302)983-1126.
