Up for auction, with NO RESERVE, is an original 1953 GMC 1/2-ton pickup (Model 102-22). The body of the truck is in very good shape with original paint and great patina that would make for an excellent ratrod or candidate for restoration. This vehicle was drove into a barn in 1986 when the original owner passed away (still has the tag on from 1986) and had sat there until 6 months ago when it was pulled out because the barn was falling apart and we were afraid the truck would be damaged. The value of these trucks will only keep increasing over time and they are getting harder to locate in this condition. Although the tires are 25+ years old, they will hold air for loading, but go flat after a few days. If you have any questions, please feel free to ask before you bid. This truck is 57 years old and sold as-is with no warranty on a bill-of-sale only. No bidders with less than 10+ feedback without contacting me first or I will cancel your bid and block you from the auction. A $500 non-refundable deposit is due by PayPal within 24 hours of auctions end and the balance due by cash/cashiers check within 3 days.
