Estate sale of unbelievable 1966 C-20. Chevrolet Pick-Up. Only 58+ thousand miles, (thought to be original) 327 V8, 3 speed automatic, PS. Unmolested original condition. I doubt there is a much better example of an original Chevy truck any where on the West Coast. The deceased was the original owner and I have known the truck since 1966. He had a 6 Pack camper on her for the first 25 years. When the hood started to fade he decided to have it repainted. He was very disappointed in the outcome. The match of the original paint was off and while it looked ok from 10 feet, it was not a great job, but it did serve to further protect the truck from rust. It's a one paint over the original and has never been in a wreck. This is a "black plate" rust free dry California vehicle. No dents or ripples. Arrow straight sides. It has a working under-dash factory AC. Tach, after market cruise control. Step bumper. Trans cooler dual tanks and heavy duty shocks. There is a scratch in winshield up high and does not interfere with driver vision. Also the rear window is missing the rubber gasket. The oak floors are just OK. Usable but one or two of the planks have slpits. Also notice the original seat under the sheepskins. I will have the seats matched as closely as I can to a similar original pattern Title in hand. You can drive this truck home to any where. Right now I am in the process of selling the shell. If it does not sell before this eBay Auction ends I will leave it on the truck. Also I am having the front seat totally rebuilt and upholstered during the 7 day auction and will post a picture when finished. I will help arrange the shipping if needed and/or also pay part of the shipping. If you have questions or need a specific picture please email me. This truck really needs to go to someone in the rust belt who can appreciate clean un rusted sheet metal. I have tried to describe the truck in an honest fashion. It is not a show truck so there are some minor imperfections. Possible dimple on trim or other cosmetic flaw. If you're anal or unrealistic in your expectations please don't bid. No scams we smell those a mile away. This is a no reserve auction and so I am starting it at the lowest price possible so everyone can get in a bid. No fancy payment complications or deposits required. Just pay in full within 7 days of auction ending, wire transfer, cashier check, or cash. When funds are cleared you can take possesion. Check out my feedback. I am not trying to hustle some piece of junk. I would like this truck to go somebody who is looking for a great basis to restore into one of those show trucks.
