This is a Eureka hearse built on the Olsmobile 88 front wheel drive Car chassis. It has the reliable 3.8 litre v-6 fuel engine. The engine and transmission are basically the same as on many much newer General Motors vehicles. It was produced in Canada by the Eureka corporation controller by McPherson. Many condsider these hearses to be the best in styling of the time. The air conditioning needs a charge and the fuel gage does not seem to work. It has new brake and fuel lines and a new battery and fuel pump. The engine runs well. The radio works fine. The interior blue driver's compartment upholstery as well as the carpet are in ok condition. The rear casket area is wood grain Formica with bone drapes. All funeral hardware is in casket area and the extend table works. This car has been in storage for about 10 years and there is rust in many locations.
