Vehicle Detail
1984 Porsche 944 2.5L I4 engine. excellent gas mileage. Beautiful Guards Red paint, repainted a few years ago. Still a head turner! Rare Automatic. Very easy car to drive. Still handles like it's on rails. Body in very good shape. no dents, very minor rust on driver rear sill. dings are minimal. Engine starts and runs but needs some work Car just passed inspection. Alpine stereo/cassette with removable faceplate Low Mileage purchased car 5 years ago. mileage around 40k. currently at 45k. car only used for about 1500 miles per year, but odometer is unreliable. Mechanic does not think the mileage is that much greater. When i purchased, it was carfax certified, but i can't guarantee the mileage. Gold BBS wheels Tires 1 year old. 255vr16's Serviced Regularly. last 5 years worth of service records available including major services. When purchased did a major overhaul of all wires, hoses, new timing belt and water pump, engine mounts, etc. Dash is cracked and Front seats not in great shape but dash cover and seat covers take care of that. original spare and air pump. Vehicle Anti-Theft system. regularly serviced. brand new catalytic converter. new battery just passed inspection in april. the bad: a/c does not blow cold. fixable but didn't feel it was worth it. car starts and runs fine but starts to sputter after about 20 to 30 minutes. car spent a while at local gas station but he couldn't figure it out. only other options in my area are expensive shops and i don't feel like investing the money. the right person can fix this easily. thought it was the catalytic so replaced it. helped but didn't cure. you can drive home if purchased locally, otherwise i would suggest towing.
