Suddenly it's 1979 again! This 1979 Oldsmobile Cutlass Supreme is a real survivor car that has been very well taken care of. Donated to a local charity and for sale on their behalf, it has only 67K miles, and runs as good as it looks. However, there are a few minor flaws to note. The paint looks original, and has fewer chips than one might expect of a 30 year old car. With a good detail, it would probably shine like new again. There is a crack in the plastic area near the left front headlight, and the plastic trim on the front bumper is beginning to come loose. (see photos) Inside, the dashboard looks fantastic, and the front seats show only light wear. The carpet is a bit dirty in back, and the headliner cloth is beginning to sag. The power seat motors also seem a bit slow, and the passenger window will not go down completely. Mechanically, it runs and drives great. The brakes feel tight, and it shifts when it should. The AC could use a recharge, but if you live somewhere temperate, I wouldn't bother. A nice original car that could be had for a song. NO RESERVE! Suddenly it's 1979 again! This 1979 Oldsmobile Cutlass Supreme is a real survivor car that has been very well taken care of. Donated to a local charity and for sale on their behalf, it has only 67K miles, and runs as good as it looks. However, there are a few minor flaws to note.
