Fresh New Rebuilt Cylinder with 300 miles on it! 4 Brand new performance Tuning injectors with 300 miles on them! 4 Brand new Glow plugs with 300 miles on them New Timing Belt New Head gasket Full Custom Turbo Intercooler Install with large front mount intercooler and aluminum piping. Nice Seats! Sweet paint! THE FLYING LIME ROCKS! Excellent economy at estimated 45 miles per gallon. Estimated 1000-1200 miles cruising range per fill up with both tanks filled. Line in hose heated fuel system with 17 gallon aluminum heated fuel cell / tank Double heated filter filtration system! You can fill up on the road at restaurants with the 2 filter system! Every inch from heated tank to injection pump is heated for max waste veggie oil performance! System has Vacuum gauge to monitor when filters need to be changed. Duel dash mount switches so you can switch from Diesel to WVO VEGGIE Grease on the fly! You can actually run this car on used motor oil,used transmission fluid,waste veggie oil grease,bio diesel etc!!! Pretty Cool! Stuff. This would be a perfect fun car for a Collage student wanting to do some fun summer road trips! With it you could explore the country & have a blast!!! FOR FREE all on Waste plant based veggie oil! Maybe do the national parks? Drive coast to coast? Go on tour following some obscure rock band! :) Maybe use as a delivery vehicle to maxamise profits on the job! Or an excellent choice for all around use or for the long commuter. With this car you could save long trips and junk miles on your SUV or Modern expensive car and offset that cost with putting those miles on this less car and driving for FREE! (GREAT IDEA! :) Normally a 1.6D or 1.6td powered VW Diesel car is not known for its performance or speed. In fact a stock 1.6 non tubo VW diesel car can be a bit scary if you live in a part of the country with 75mph speed limits and lots of angry SUV drivers! Thats one thing nice about this car with the custom intercooler set up and performance injectors, this car really keeps up with modern more powerful cars no problem. In fact, If need be you can blast down an on ramp and crank up to 80-90 mph or more in an instant with no problem at all to match up with the speed of other cars on the highway safely. And then settle back down to 70-80 mph cruising without even pushing the engine much at all. This car really cruises nicely at 75-85 mph without issue. Good luck! *** Just for the record, the car never had a blown head gasket and didn't need new injectors or to have the head rebuilt or anything like that. The issue was, pardon the expression but a"Dumb Ass" mechanic and another "Dumb ASS" who happens to be my good buddy somehow sheared off a couple exhaust manifold studs in an effort of trying to tighten the exhaust manifold. I ended up having to pull the whole head and bring it to a machine shop to have the broken studs extracted and figured this would be the time to make the "Flying Lime!" real nice! So I had the head rebuilt and got the tuning injectors for the engine and a Turbo injection pump as it had a non Turbo pump , And then custom fabbed the SAAB 9000 Aero Intercooler install,Bought the manual turbo boost controller,turbo gauge,egt pyrometer etc etc and then I put basically new front rotors and brakes, upgraded suspension from a mk3 Jetta VR6 (heavier car......good for the added weight of the grease!) Then I picked up the nice seats front and rear etc etc and sadly..... Important bills are due and I Need to let my sweet flying lime go! When the head was off the car the cylinders looked Mint!!! And this car fires first tick. *** Thanks
