1972 Oldsmobile 98 LS, 4 dr. hardtop, 455 4bbl., automatic trans, everything except the gas gauge (which is stuck on full) works, A/C blows air but I haven't really driven the car in hot weather to see how cool it gets, all power windows & pwr. seats work as well as the cruise control. I bought this car with the intention of fixing it up to drive to local shows and cruises, but lost interest. Seems to be a really good old car, drives nice down the highway, speed odometer shows 92k miles which I believe is correct. I was told that the car spent it's entire life in a garage (I've kept it in one since I've had it) looking at the vinyl roof I believe it has. Has a few flaws; very small dent on top of fender, a small scratch on pass. door, the front bumper strip has a tear, I removed the back strip with the intention of filling the holes in the bumper and having it rechromed, the carb. has a flat spot when you give it gas (I bought a rebuild kit & some cleaner just haven't used either one). The front driver's side parking light has a small hole in it, bought a light to replace it. Bought 4 new door pin kits which are included with the car. Removed all the trim strips (which are in really great shape) with the intention of replacing the molding retaining clips (I bought 2 boxes of new clips). Paint has peeled on top of the headlight housing both pass. & driver's side. For the most part the paint is in really good condition. No rust. Good tires. Any questions please ask.
