It has the CORRECT numbers of "3837" in the vin. number which designates a Chevelle Malibu Super Sport Two Door Hardtop V8 car only and still retains its ORIGINAL - Numbers Matching - 283 V8 Motor. The block was decked when it was rebuilt and sorry for poor picture quality of casting number shown below, (It reads 3849852) !! This Super Sport has lots of eye appeal and Awesome power and is ready to drive away ! If you can make it to Idaho in the next ten days please come look and drive this Chevelle Super Sport for yourself, you won't be disappointed !! THIS IS A QUALITY CAR !! This Chevelle Super Sport has the STRONG - ORIGINAL - Numbers Matching 283 CID V8 Motor in it and running very well. The engine still retains its Original Intake manifold, Carburetor, exhaust manifolds, A/C brackets original air cleaner, intake manifold, alternator and original valve covers. The engine is backed by the original smooth two speed automatic transmission which is probably a Powerglide with a correct floor mounted shifter. The motor has a nice throaty sound coming from the new dual exhaust system. Your friends will defiantly here you coming when you lay the hammer down on this beast !! This car has all new rubber and weather stripping. The beautiful code "741" Blue Interior is in NEW CONDITION with beautiful blue front bucket seats, nice chrome center console with the correct floor mounted console shifter, beautiful blue rear bench seat, nice dash pad, nice dash and nice original gauge cluster, nice door panels, nice blue carpeting, new headliner and sun visors and a nice Original steering wheel with a nice correct SS horn ring. This car is nicely equipped including the factory gauge package, Original Am radio with chrome antenna which is not currently working, 120 MPH speedometer, original Front seat belts, good heater and defroster, Factory air conditioning which is not working as it is missing the AC compressor however the controls and other components are there, Power Steering with 605 Box, Power Disc Brakes in front with 2" drop spindles (has original drums and spindles), Heavy duty Aluminum Radiator (has original Harrison Radiator), original clock which no longer works, chrome bowtie exterior mirror, factory front sway bar and original exhaust manifolds with a nice dual exhaust system. The car has the cowl tag and the factory VIN plate intact. Note the picture below of the new factory cowl tag, original was lost in sandblasting the body, but original pencil rubbing was made when purchased and is avalible with car. This Chevelle Super Sport has the STRONG - ORIGINAL - Numbers Matching 283 CID V8 Motor in it and running very well. The engine still retains its Original Intake manifold, Carburetor, exhaust manifolds, A/C brackets original air cleaner, intake manifold, alternator and original valve covers. The engine is backed by the original smooth two speed automatic transmission which is probably a Powerglide with a correct floor mounted shifter. The motor has a nice throaty sound coming from the new dual exhaust system. Your friends will defiantly here you coming when you lay the hammer down on this beast !! This car has all new rubber and weather stripping. The beautiful code "741" Blue Interior is in NEW CONDITION with beautiful blue front bucket seats, nice chrome center console with the correct floor mounted console shifter, beautiful blue rear bench seat, nice dash pad, nice dash and nice original gauge cluster, nice door panels, nice blue carpeting, new headliner and sun visors and a nice Original steering wheel with a nice correct SS horn ring. This car is nicely equipped including the factory gauge package, Original Am radio with chrome antenna which is not currently working, 120 MPH speedometer, original Front seat belts, good heater and defroster, Factory air conditioning which is not working as it is missing the AC compressor however the controls and other components are there, Power Steering with 605 Box, Power Disc Brakes in front with 2" drop spindles (has original drums and spindles), Heavy duty Aluminum Radiator (has original Harrison Radiator), original clock which no longer works, chrome bowtie exterior mirror, factory front sway bar and original exhaust manifolds with a nice dual exhaust system. The car has the cowl tag and the factory VIN plate intact. Note the picture below of the new factory cowl tag, original was lost in sandblasting the body, but original pencil rubbing was made when purchased and is avalible with car.
