Both captain’s chairs fully swivel/recline. AC/Heat operate well. Refrigerator last used in 2008 ran nice. Sink pump pressure is good. All doors open/slide smoothly. Vehicle runs nice. Transmission was rebuilt at 121,870 miles. Ball joints, brakes, calipers, drums, tie rods and other front end parts have been replaced as needed and are in excellent condition. New brake hoses installed within past month. New catalytic converter installed in 2010. All emissions components have been replaced as needed. Has had regular oil changes and maintenance. Known defects: · The original propane tank/mounting brackets were removed by a Winnebago dealer following a leak and it was not replaced. Buyer can add a new propane tank and propane detector to operate stove and furnace. · Power door lock does not work on front passenger door but can be locked with key or manually. · Rust and paint defects are visible in photos. (driver's door step; some surface rust on bottom of passenger side door, etc.; paint peeled on back bumper) · Front windshield has a "star" approximately the size of a dime on far left of driver's vision range. · Engine has used up to one quart of oil per month, seals need to be replaced in the future. · Small pistons that hold up stove and sink cover broke and they used a small plastic sleeve (included) snapped on a piston strut to hold up the cover. $1,000 deposit required through Paypal within 24 hours of purchase.
