Up for sale is a 1999 Chevrolet S10 Pickup truck. This is the 2WD, 4-cylinder, 2.2L LS model and is therefore great on gas mileage. It averages around 27 miles per gallon on the highway - sometimes more. This truck is super reliable. It has 189K mostly highway miles on it. There is an aftermarket Sony CD player with Sony Xplod speakers that will go with the truck. The wheels are sporty and there is plenty of tread left on the tires. It has a very strong running engine. It has a 5 speed manual transmission and the clutch was replaced less than 25k miles ago. I also replaced the fuel pump 5 months ago. It has a bed liner and a bumper hitch with wiring (I have never towed anything with it). It has some scratches and dings that you would expect from an eleven-year-old truck. It also has rock chips on the nose of the truck from highway driving. The truck got side swiped by a hit and run car at a wal-mart parking lot. As a result, the left side of the bed has some scrapes (see picture #8 & 9). The driver's side door panel has a crack at one of the corners (see picture #14). The check engine light came on a few weeks ago. I had the code checked at autozone and they told me that the truck needs an oxygen sensor but the truck still runs strong. Other than that the truck runs really good. The truck starts right up every time and I wouldn't hesitate to drive it anywhere. The only reason I am selling it is because I bought a bigger truck and I don't need this one anymore. This truck is being sold as is, with no warranty expressed or implied. I have done my best to accurately describe this truck. It is up to the buyer to come see and further inspect the truck before the end of the auction. KBB value for an S-10 LS in fair condition is $2730. This truck's condition is better than fair and the reserve is much lower than that.
