1967 Volkswagen Classic converted to a Baja. This VW has a rebuilt 1600cc single port cylinder head engine with less than 1000 miles on it and has serpentine belt system and new carb. and starter. This VW was completely restored inside and out. Replaced headliner, seats, Empi speed shifter, CD player and speakers, chrome emergency brake cover, diamond plate shelf for rear seat area, carpet, & door panels. This VW has a rebuilt transmission, rebuilt front end, all shocks replaced, brakes redone, clutch. You name it has been replaced. The body has been restored and painted both inside and out. This Baja has won 4 first place, 2 second, 1 third and 1 Best of Show in VW shows in Eureka Springs, AR; Springfield, MO; Tulsa, OK; Lawrence, KS; and Mountain View, AR. Over $10,000 has been put into this VW and is a real show stopper. The paint color is called Sonic Blue. This VW has been kept in a garage. Other pictures are available on request.
