Vehicle Detail

I bought this CT110 from a man in Salt Lake City. He used to haul it around on the back of his motor home along with a little Honda Passport. I actually bought BOTH. I drive the Passport A LOT but never really used the CT110 as I never go trail riding. In the 2 years I've owned this, I've ridden it less than 300 miles and put 3,000 miles on my Passport. So this is why I decided to sell the CT. Right after buying this CT110, I bought the following items new from "Dr. ATV" in Nebraska. All NOS: downtube cover and decals (on bike and you get the original which I kept), chrome spring clamping rack for carrying things (mounted over the headlamp), a PERFECT NOS front fender (which you get), 2new batteries (one in bike and other you get) new tires (installed). Also-- I bought a new "Buddy Seat". I wanted to make this as nice as I could----- even though it was a beauty when I bought it in June 2008. This CT runs perfectly, shifts perfectly, NO OIL LEAKS, or mechanical issues. It has a top speed of 50 and I did an accurate fuel economy check 2 different times and it came out to 79.8 and then 80.1 MPG. That was on concrete---not a trail. I never ride on trails. It starts 1st kick every time! IT IS TITLED IN MY NAME AND INSURED so if you want to come here and take it for a spin down the road, you are welcome to do so. There is no rust, no pitting in the wheels or in any chrome. The carburetor was rebuilt just before I bought it but the man didn't have the receipt. He did remember it cost him $140. NOTE ABOUT THE MOUNTED BASKET: The 1st picture shows the CT without the Buddy Seat and basket. The others show it with the buddy seat and basket. I had a lightweight bracket or frame made (welded) out of 1" square aluminum tubing. To that frame, I mounted the basket and underneath the frame there are spring clips that simply "CLIP" the frame and basket to the bikes original chrome luggage rack. I drilled NO HOLES ANYWHERE. The entire assembly is held securely by spring clips. Yeah-- I know you think it looks "DORKY" buy you can simply throw it in the garbage can if you want to. The basket is really handy to carry things though. ***************************************** PAYMENT AND SHIPPING***************************************************************** I will help you if you need to have it shipped but YOU have to make the arrangements. If you are within 300 miles of Tucson, I can deliver it (for expenses) as I have the perfect little trailer for this. ALSO-- winning bidder must Pay Pal me a $250 down payment within 2 days of close of auction and send the balance with a bank check within 7 days. Or pay cash if you pick this up. Fair enough? If not, write me your concerns. I'm a reasonable person and my FEEDBACK is 100% Gary (520) 829-7747 Garynofishing@hotmail.com Tucson, Az On Apr-30-10 at 11:06:18 PDT, seller added the following information: TRANSMISSION------------------------------ I forgot to mention that it DOES have the (HI-Low) Transmission and it works properly. To engage it, you put the bike up on the center stand and in neutral, with the engine off, you slowly rotate the back tire while turning a little lever on the left underside of the trans. You can feel it engage. It doesn't give you 8 speeds like some people describe. Instead, it gives you 4 speeds in each gear RANGE.
