This old F-1 has a bit of history for us here at Woodhouse Ford. This particular one was the center piece (or ceiling piece) for over 10 years. Back in 1995 former owner Bob Woodhouse donated the truck and it was restored, drive-train was removed, flipped upside down and bolted to the rafters in our showroom. After 12+ years it was time for the green machine to be put back on her wheels. Over $20,000 was invested and all work was done by one of our own veteran Ford Technicians. From the motor, transmission, rear end, and brakes it has all be rebuilt or replaced with factory original parts. The speedometer unit was sent off to California to be rebuilt and reset back to 000000. A new sending unit for the gas take made sure all gauges were operating correctly. Solid oak and Stainless steel rails complete the bed and bumpers be rechromed. This truck has been a part of this family for many years and now it is time for someone else to enjoy it and give it many more years.
