This car has 45,600 ORIGINAL ACTUAL MILES and yes we do have an odometer statement. This BEAUTY has been lovingly owned by the same family since new and it shows. Included with the purchase of this car is the Original Owners Manual still protected in the Original plastic sheath and shown in a picture below, NEAT !! Careful to not let this 1968 jewel get away ! What a value it is at the reserve price which is set very low ! Take a look at the lines on this beauty, what an amazing looking custom sedan. This Big Block '68 Chrysler Newport custom sedan is one nice driving vehicle indeed and is sound and in GREAT shape. It is a DRY - SOLID Washington - Idaho western vehicle. In my opinion your not going to find much nicer ORIGINAL floors and trunk pans than the ones on this car. If you can make it to Boise in the next ten days please come and take a look at and drive this BEAUTY for yourself, you won't be disappointed !! THIS IS A QUALITY CAR !! This 1968 Chrysler Newport Custom has what appears to be the ORIGINAL, STRONG, Code "61" 383 CID V8 in it and it is running very well. Sounds good too with the factory style exhaust system. The engine is backed by a smooth Code "5" three speed automatic transmission which also functions very well. The (ALL ORIGINAL !!) code "L2B" Custom Blue cloth and vinyl interior is GORGEOUS with VERY NICE all original front and rear bench seats, very nice original dash, very nice original gauge cluster, very nice original dash pad, nice original carpeting, nice original sun visors, nice original door panels and a very nice original steering wheel. In my opinion you will not find as nice of an ORIGINAL interior anywhere, UNBELIEVABLE !! The original ashtray in this car looks brand new and has no ciggarete smell. This Newport is nicely equipped including FACTORY AIR CONDITIONING that blows cold, power steering, power brakes, factory power windows, original factory AM radio, factory seat belts in front and rear, good heater and defroster, nice original headliner and sunvisors, power front seat and a chrome remote exterior mirror. This car is a great running and wonderful looking classic Custom sedan that has sharp looks and AWESOME Big Block power as well. It is really hard to describe how well this car drives, it is like going back in time and driving a new car in 1968 !! Check out the pictures below of the ORIGINAL bias ply spare tire !! These vehicles have an appreciative group of owners any of which would be pleased to own this one. The suspension and drive line are in fantastic working order as well as the electrical system. This 1968 Chrysler Newport Custom has what appears to be the ORIGINAL, STRONG, Code "61" 383 CID V8 in it and it is running very well. Sounds good too with the factory style exhaust system. The engine is backed by a smooth Code "5" three speed automatic transmission which also functions very well. The (ALL ORIGINAL !!) code "L2B" Custom Blue cloth and vinyl interior is GORGEOUS with VERY NICE all original front and rear bench seats, very nice original dash, very nice original gauge cluster, very nice original dash pad, nice original carpeting, nice original sun visors, nice original door panels and a very nice original steering wheel. In my opinion you will not find as nice of an ORIGINAL interior anywhere, UNBELIEVABLE !! The original ashtray in this car looks brand new and has no ciggarete smell. This Newport is nicely equipped including FACTORY AIR CONDITIONING that blows cold, power steering, power brakes, factory power windows, original factory AM radio, factory seat belts in front and rear, good heater and defroster, nice original headliner and sunvisors, power front seat and a chrome remote exterior mirror.
