Work has been performed to make the vehicle a daily driver. Transmission, rear end, brakes have been rebuilt. New snowflake wheels and newer tires have also been added as well as a number of other things to keep it running that I cannot recall (e.g., oh, new alternator, starter, battery). The vehicle is quite straight but has some rust but as far as I can tell only on replaceable parts (hood, passenger door, deck lid. I have a new deck lid and door panels and some other parts for the car.) The only reason I am selling is because I currently don't have the time and money to keep it. It has also had recent exhaust work done. The 301 engine has a knock and may soon need to be replaced. I was driving this daily until I moved and it was in the shop for an exhaust leak and a rebuilt head was put on in order to fix the exhaust and the knock was found. I hate to see her go. I'm not happy about it because I'm going to lose my car and the money I put into her. She also has a sun roof that opens and flips up at the back. She has been quite well worn, but I don't think the 301 has 175k on it and it was IMO driving as if only 75k on it but it is worn. I hate to lose her. It was originally metallic gray but someone painted it maroon. She needs a new home. Clean/clear title. Can it be driven home? I would probably chance it if it isn't too far. It would occasionally knock when I drove it but most of the time it did not. It may stop knocking but trust me I don't have the time or the funds to move her and play with it or I would drive it and later put a Pontiac 350 in it and drive her. Good luck and happy bidding!
