PLEASE READ ENTIRE AD. IT EXPLAINS EVERYTHING. This is my daily driver 1995 Toyota Celica ST with Automatic Transmission. Mechanically sound. No mechanical repairs needed. It does need a new battery, that's it. NOTE: I can have a new battery installed ahead of time if we can add it to the price of the car. Car starts right up with a battery charger on it, and runs, drives, shifts perfect. Everything major was replaced. I will sell the sound system separately for $600 The hood needs to be straightened a little (or replaced). It's not that serious. It wasn't latched all the way and flew up at 45mph, putting a slight crease in it, preventing it from fully closing + the fenders were slightly flared out. (last 4 photos). It has typical Celica rust along the bottom of the passenger door only, and the original title is lost. I misplaced the original title given to me by the previous owner. I drove it with my old plates 'til they expired and when it came time to get new plates, I couldn't locate the title. It can still be easily titled in the state of Illinois. All it requires is a cash bond of no more than $150 on top of the transfer cost. You get that money back 100% in 3 years. If you live outside Illinois, check with your state DMV. I am the lawful 3rd owner of this car. I drove it until the hood issue. It's been parked ever since, being started up every few weeks to keep it from going bad. NOTE: I can get the car titled in my name first, and then sell it to you, which will add about $300 to the price and take 3 to 4 weeks. I'll need a $300 non-refundable cash deposit to do this. I bought the car in 2016. This was my daily driver until the hood issue. It runs/drives absolutely perfect. This was the previous owner's daughter's car, going back and forth to school, so he maintained it very well. Same here. When I bought the car, I was given a manila folder with all the repair receipts totaling $4,000+ for new parts installed since 2011. Partial list below. Every MAJOR part was replaced by certified mechanics. Extremely CLEAN inside. IMMACULATE! I'm a non-smoker and it doesn't look (or smell) like it was ever smoked in. No holes in seats or headliner. The driver seat had a seam split that was patched. Compared to the Celica GT model, the 4-Cylinder ST Hatchback model is much lower cost to own and insure + it's EXEMPT from emissions testing in Illinois. Fold down split rear seats.
