My beloved 2004 Toyota Prius is for sale.VIN# JTDKB20U140056990THE GREAT:Only 51,428 miles on it. Driving-wise, it's in outstanding condition.Two weeks ago I had the oil changed and every major part checked out. All was fine except for the tires, see below).Car was bought with "Package #7 Upgrade" which in 2004 cost $2,255 (I have the receipt). It consists of:Intermittent rear window wiperDriver and passenger side curtain air bagsSmart entry and startVehicle Stability ControlFront fog lampsHID headlampsCar also has:Four black floor matsTwo black, faux-sheepskin front seat covers. Super comfy!I have kept it meticulously serviced and have every record.Windows tinted with Llumar UV-protectant tint.No accidents. There's a full tank of gas ready for your use.Ownership: My brother bought the Prius in Florida in mid-2004. When he passed away 10 months later it was given to me and was transported on a truck to Los Angeles in early 2005.NOT SO GREAT:*Somebody stole the catalytic converter off it last week. Booo! So that'll have to be addressed immediately. *Radio works but the CD player doesn't. There's a little glitch when you insert a CD but it seems easily fixable. *When I had the oil changed a few weeks ago I was told it needs four new tires. They're not worn out from miles driven, but there's some slight fraying along the edges simply from time passing.*The windshield wiper nozzels spray the washing fluid a bit outwards so it doesn't hit the window properly.COSMETIC ISSUES:*Assorted scratches; one large one which is on on the passenger's side rear door (see pics).*One barely noticeable dent on the driver's side back door (from Hurricane Wilma).*Pine sap from the trees on my street is on the car in various places. All in all it could use an exterior cosmetic fixin' up (like many of us LA folks!) plus a good wash 'n wax. Los Angeles, CA areaLOCAL PICKUP ONLY.
