This is a highly optioned real (242) 1969 GTO. Factory equipped with: Air Conditioning, hideaway headlights, Rally Dash with gauges and clock, Reclining passenger bucket seat, Tinted Glass, Rally II Wheels, Remote Drivers Mirror, Automatic Trans with Floor mounted shifter and Console. Power steering and Power disc brakes. The restoration is well underway with all the common problem areas being repaired. New full rear quarter panels have been installed at the factory roof seam. New outer wheel houses have been installed. The trunk floor and braces have been replaced. The frame is solid and straight and has been painted satin black and installed with new body mounts. New panels have been installed at the base of the windshield and rear window. The floors are mostly original, one section was replaced. New radiator support and bushings and a new fuel line installed. The master cylinder is new. The hideaway headlights and A/C systems look complete. The trunk is filled with parts. The engine is a 1969 YD 400 with the correct casting 9790071. I have not heard it run but it spins freely. I'm not sure if the Turbo 400 is numbers matching. The interior is worn and needs a complete interior kit including headliner. The dash pad is cracked. This GTO will need complete brake lines, hood hinges windshield, rear bumper and exhaust.
