Vehicle Detail

For your consideration is a 1967 Honda CB77 305cc superhawk project which includes a spare parts bike. I intended to fix up this old bike and sell the extras to pay for it but I'm done kidding myself. Ever since I became a dad I don't have time for this kind of thing. I bought the bikes separately. There is the largely disassembled bike which we'll call "Maroon". Maroon has a titled frame, partially disassembled engine, and originally had the maroon tank and side covers. Frame number 1039370 and Honda matching engine number 1039334. Then we have a largely assembled bike we'll call "Goldie". Goldie has no title and is for parts. Frame number 1042750 and Honda matching engine number 1042793. Both are engines have the Type I cover. See pictures for everything included. Highlights: Three tanks, two petcocks, one set of carbsoriginal key in the ignition for each bikeoriginal seat is in very good shapeEngine gasket and O-ring kits new and in packages are includedtwo new tires, one tube (I think I gave the other to a friend), and rim strips includedSome interesting aftermarket stuff included, including an 18" front wheel with no brake. Not sure I'd rock that on the street, but it's different. I'm guessing it was to save weight and make bikes go faster. Could be used in a vintage cafe racer projectSo many extra parts. Take the best of everything to build a solid bike and sell the rest to offset the cost Flaws: Both engines do not turn over, one is partially disassembledNone of the tanks are perfect. The red and black tanks each have a small dent on top (see photos) and the maroon one has been modified for no chrome side panelsno air filters or tank badges includedexhaust only includes 3 headers and 2 exhaust pipes, which are aftermarket and slightly beat up I'm sure there are other flaws and great things I failed to point out. I could make more money fixing this up and selling the other parts separately, but I'm done tripping on this and ready to move on. Should make a great project for someone excited about these old bikes. Please ask questions before bidding so you can bid with confidence. Shipping is pick-up only. I will not crate or ship this. You may send a shipper you hire to do the pickup, but you make all arrangements. The parts are loose in bins and boxes and the shipper should be prepared to pack them securely inside a vehicle for transport, or will need to bring their own packing supplies to secure in an open trailer. I will be available to assist in loading if you show up alone and need help pushing it up a ramp, etc. I have another auction for a single, more complete and original old superhawk. This auction is for the bike that needs more work, but has the most spare parts. I'm happy to sell both auctions to the same buyer for a single pickup, bid to win! Paypal payment of $500 is required within 48 hours. Balance due in cash upon pickup. I will use the paypal account information to assign the title to you and get it notarized so it is ready when you pick it up. Pick it up within 7 days unless other arrangements are approved by me PRIOR TO placing your bid.
