Commentary: I first saw this El Camino shortly after a frame off restoration back about fifteen years ago at a car show in Pennsylvania.. It was impressive and I took a picture of it for my collection. In 2014 I sold both of my custom cars because I was moving to a condo where there would be no garage. A hard decision, but it needed to be done. I soon realized I’d be missing my car friends so I decided to look for an everyday driver that I could go to the shows. I saw the El Camino advertised online. I was so impressed, I went to Dover Pennsylvania to see the truck the next day and made the purchase. I rented space for the car indoors to preserve its appearance. One year later I was reviewing my photo collection and there it was. I had purchased the same vehicle I took a picture of fifteen years ago. I am now 78 and I don’t exactly relish sitting all day in the hot sun. So its now time to sell her! I have enjoyed the truck for four years and I must say I have not regretted buying it. It runs smooth like an Caddy and is extremely comfortable.
