Vehicle Detail

This 1989 Mustang LX 5.0 5-speed car was totally restored by the original owner about 3 years ago. I am the 3rd owner. The 2nd owner owned it for about a year and and sold to me due to his mother having age-related heath problems. I live in an apartment and am unable to find an apartment/house with a garage in my price range. I am tired of paying these high priced storage fees so I am unfortunately selling. The motor was rebuilt to stock except for: .030 over, head studs and B-cam. It has the stock shorties going through flowmasters (no cats) all the way out to the chrome tips. The car has that nice old-school sound rumble without being too loud. The motor is sound and burns no oil. All emissions parts (vacuum hoses, tubes and valves, egr, etc.) are installed except the air pump. The only upgrade I did to the car was install a 3.27 axle gear (original was 2.73 - ugh!). The speedometer reads correctly. The car has never seen rain/sat outside since it's restoration (it's currently in a rental garage under a new car cover) and the original owner claims the back seats has never been sat in. The interior is the unmolested original (even has the original 85mph speedometer in it) and is only missing the original radio. I do have an aftermarket one that came with the car when I purchased it. The car has a flawless paint job (is actually a GM paint code - see door jam data plate pic for original blue) with has no visible rust. The AC is all there and has been ungraded to run 134a (the system is not charged yet). The electric windows and electric side mirrors all work. Upgrades before I bought it: adjustable camber plates, larger front roll bar/brake disks, lowered ever so slightly, wheels/tires (I do have the original rims that go with the sale). I've had it for about a year and have driven it less than 6 or 7 times - mainly to local car shows and nice weekend driving. The only things I notice that needs to be done to the car is: power steering pump hose leaks, horn does not work (I got a new one from the second owner which I never put on), the voltmeter on the dash does not work and I would adjust the driver's door up a bit on the hinges. UPDATE: the gas gauge works most of the time but sometimes it pegs to the top of the gauge for a short time and then comes back down to normal. The passenger outside handle needs to be replaced as well. I have limited time to show this car so PLEASE, serious calls only. Unless you are ready to buy a super nice restored LX 5.0 with funds in hand, please do not waste my time and I will not waste yours. Thank you very much for viewing my car - Jack Location is Cincinnati, Ohio. Initially text me at 513-375-7388
