Vehicle Detail

You are bidding on a 2003 GMC Sierra 2500 extended cab pickup with an 8 foot bed. I've owned this truck for 10 years and have kept it in excellent condition. I no longer have need for a truck this size and am reluctantly selling it. She has just over 100,000 miles. The engine runs perfectly, the transmission shifts perfectly. She uses no oil, no funny sounds, mechanically she is excellent. Notes: occasionally the gauges turn off but then on again. It's a rare situation which doesn't affect the mileage and is not permanent. However, doing some research it seems to be a common issues with the 2500's. It appears to be an easy fix if you remove the cluster. I've not had the time to do so. She tows everything very well. We've hauled car trailers (28ft), Airstream trailers and open car trailers - and any number of Chris Craft wooden boats. I installed the trailer brake operator under the dash. I installed headers on the engine to allow her to breath better and make more horsepower. At that time, I installed a complete 3" exhaust system - front to back. She sounds great - healthy but not loud. The stereo is high end, with every feature you could ask for. CD, Pandora, USB, AM/FM, Sirius, etc. New speakers in the doors and dash. Subwoofer under the rear seat along with an amplifier. The sound is great - great bass, great treble, etc. I installed new headlights in the front. Above cab lighting. New grille and flares. I professionally painted the truck - it was all white before - now it's white with Viper Silver bottoms. See pics. Very handsome color combo. A added a set of REV rims all around and Michelin tires. See pics for size - they are 20" rims and tires. The tread on the tires is approx 70-80% - see pictures. I added a bed cover - Trifold. I added carpet in the bed area - immediately after painting (so the bed is pristine under the carpet set). The carpet needs a cleaning but is helpful when moving furniture, etc. I added additional LED lighting above the rear bumper - see pics. I also added LED Lighting in the bed area so that you could see inside (at night) when the trifold cover is in place. The switch is in the cab. A few years ago I welded in a set of new rocker panels - so they are rust free of course. The 2500 is prone to rocker panel rust - problem solved. The interior is in excellent condition with very minor wear on the front drivers side seat. The rest in near pristine. The carpet is in excellent condition as I always install several sets of floor mats. During my ownership we installed cross drilled rotors and better brakes. Also - recently, redid the brake lines with new stainless lines (within the last month). The old ones looked suspect. I installed a new alternator a year ago and she has two batteries under the hood. Both in excellent condition. The truck has never let me down. The rear doors have vent windows. She is, however, a 2003 truck. Expect a few nicks and paint chips - very minor. No dents and no accidents. You won't be dissatisfied. We undercoated the truck after we painted her - and, as you might know, road wear does erode the undercoating. So, every year we reapply. Easy enough to do - and it saves the truck from rusting. There is a small leak coming from the front transaxle - but it affects nothing. Again, I hadn't the time to address this - due to health issues. In short, I like my vehicles to be in excellent condition at all times. This truck has been very well cared for with everything addressed when an issue arose. She is sold as is - where is. No warrantee is expressed or implied. Deposit via PayPal is non refundable - no exceptions. I can assist with shipping and hold the car for up to 30 days, but only if paid for in a timely manner. Wire funds preferred within 7 days of auction close. I report bidders that don't fulfill their contractual obligation to purchase the car. Bidding and winning means you bought the car not that you can now come inspect it. You are welcomed to inspect the car before the auction closes. Test drives can be accommodated also. Ask questions before bidding - I answer all emails. Again, clear and clean title in hand. No accident history known. Please email questions. All are answered. Also, more pictures can be sent - just ask. Good Luck Bidding!
