Be different! I've only seen a handful of these my whole life!You want a classic that's been driven, this one has been out at least every month for over two years, maybe more. I've changed or flushed all the fluids and there's no flat spots on the tires. Very enjoyable car ready for fall.Needs nothing to enjoy, starts up easily every time. Original engine as far as I know, original generator, so I charged the battery every month just to be safe. Very good, high quality, thick cloth top, and high end vinyl inside with matching carpet. Several people have thought it's leather. Halogen headlights and LED tail lights. Inspected and now tagged with 1962 black Texas plate. If you don't know this car it was DeLorean's creation, two years later the Tempest became the GTO. This convertible body was only made one year and 15,559 LeMans convertibles were made. All Tempests had four wheel independent suspension. It has perfect 50/50 weight distribution due the transaxle in the back. Depending on the carb, the engine produced up to 166 horsepower, but 195 torque, which is greater than some V8's from the period. You’ll recognize half of Pontiac’s tough 389. 15.5 gallon fuel tank and consistently gets 16-20mpg. One writer said DeLorean beat BMW to the punch, these weigh 2995 pounds.
