I had a great time getting this one starting and running smooth and bringing it back to its original glory. This bike is 98% ORIGINAL and a total beauty! It starts right up and runs great. It has plenty power and feels like (My daily rider is a CB750, let me tell you, this one is MUCH smoother) The previous owner replaced the turn signals for smaller ones, and cut the exhausts (he claimed they were dangerously quiet, so he just took a grinder to them and ruined them). It has original HONDA COMSTAR wheels, which are gorgeous and in perfect shape! WHAT I DID TO IT:Rode it a bunch and had fun! ;)Put new oil, air filter, brakes, synched the carbs and adjusted the points timing. In terms of what the previous owner messed with, I kept the aftermarket turn signals but replaced the exhausts with replicas of the original ones (but with removable baffles, in case you want a louder bike, you can remove them). WHY AM I SELLING IT?I have too many motorcycles already. And while I really enjoy riding and working on this one, it is just not different enough to my other ones for me to keep. I like my bikes more customized, and this one is in such nice original shape I rather give it to someone that will enjoy it original, or use it as a great solid base for a project. I would not want to be the one that chops this one up and removes all the nice original parts to turn it into a cafe racer, but you are welcome to, if you want! It has a clean title, and I will ship it anywhere. Happy bidding!
