I purchased this great bike from the original owner in 2010 so I could go dirt bike riding with friends. I went a total of two times at the off road riding park in Gorman and have put less than 50 miles on this bike since owning it. Probably not going to do any more off road riding so its time for some one else to enjoy this great running and riding bike. The bike has been on NON-0P since 2013 so no penalties or back registration will be do. This bike is a XR250R model that is a full on dirt bike with a Baja Design lighting kit to make it street legal. All the lights, turn signals and horn work great. As far as I know California no longer allows people to convert off road bikes to street legal models. If you are looking for a real dirt bike with lights and a license plate this is it. Since owning the bike I have installed a rear rack and Moose tail bag. Great for carrying drinking water, camera or tow straps if you are riding with friends on Kawasaki/Suzuki/Yamaha's. Also replaced the front tire as it still had the original on it. The bike also has a suspension lowering link from the original owner that lowers the seat by about two inches. This is a great running and riding bike that is ready to go on or off road. No excuses on this well taken care of bike that looks to have relatively few miles on it for its age. The bike has been professionaly re-jetted with a FMF forestry approved muffler. Runs great, starts and shifts easily and the clutch works great. Also comes with a Honda factory work shop manual, oil filter and spare spark plug. !!! IF YOU CAN'T PAY FOR THIS BIKE PLEASE DON'T BID ON IT !!!
