But still can be ridden. Very fun. This is sold as a moped and not as a motorcycle. that means a bill of sale and no title. these vehicles do not have titles. One rear turn signal rubber missing. Turn signals are not working but it may just be the bulbs. horn works I have owned this for 5 years. Moved to a place where scooters are not a great choice. I bought it through eBay in 2013.
