You are bidding on a 2001 Jeep Wrangler TJ Aluminum LS V8 Conversion. NO RESERVE!! This was a project that my son and I did as his first Jeep. He has now moved on to a newer Jeep and this Jeep just doesn’t get the love it deserves. If you are a Jeep fanatic, you will appreciate the details of this jeep. I tried to outline the specifics below. Enjoy!! This is a complete, fully-functional Premium Jeep TJ Aluminum LS V8 Conversion - 325HP HO Aluminum 5.3L LS (LH6) Engine with the proven 4 speed overdrive transmission, 4L60E. I have done a few of these conversions in the past and wanted this conversion to be the best of them. Based on my own experience, and countless hours of research, I have put together a fantastic Jeep for true Jeeper! Please Note: This vehicle is being sold locally as well, so I reserve the right to end the auction early if it sells locally. Here are the specifics of this Jeep!! In addition, please review all of the pictures. This vehicle has been well maintained is in great working order. Body is Rust free - Texas Jeep! Hard AND Soft Tops! However, it will need a new paint job to bring to showroom quality. There are a few dings around this Jeep that will need to be fixed at that time as well. The front left fender was replace a few years back and I painted with matched spray from Jeep – this didn’t work that well. All-in-all the body is rust free, solid and was the last this that I was going to do, but never got to it. Exterior · Hard Top is in great shape! · Professional window tint on hard top. · Rear Window Wiper and washer works great! · New rear window lift struts. · Soft Top is in great shape. Donor engine and transmission Engine – 325hp HO Aluminum 5.3L LS (code LH6) · 2005 GMC Envoy Denali VIN: 1GKET16M956182299. (LH6) Aluminum 5.3L (Gen IV). Computers (ECM & TCM) match this vehicle exactly. Engine had 131,265 miles when donate. ~15,000 added since installed. Runs strong! But is still stock with NO modifications. This would be a great block for a HP upgrade at a later time. Have paper work and receipt. · Reprogramming of ECM done by Novak. DOD (Displacement On Demand) disabled. Reprogrammed for gear ratio, speedometer, coolant fan control, etc. Stock tuning from Envoy was used, no modifications to shift pattern or fuel mapping made. $248. Have Receipts. Automatic Transmission – 4L60E · 2008 Chev Tahoe C150 VIN: 1GNFC13C08R118819. 63,405 miles. Rebuilt when installed in Jeep. Required as part of the NOVAK trans shaft installation for the conversion kit. Have paper work for the history and receipts. Engine and Transmission · NEW Battery – 2 weeks old. June of 2018. · NOVAK Engine Mount kit. $1,065. Have Receipts. · NOVAK 4L60E to NP231 Adaptor Kit Installed. o Transmission Rebuild with HD components. ~15,000 miles on new rebuild transmission. Required to install the NOVAK Trans Output shaft as part of the conversion. The only way to go. Done Right! · NOVAK Tach emulator. Doesn’t work well with Gen IV engines. The crank sensor on Gen IV engines is different from Gen III engines by twice the number of teeth. Makes the rpm read ½ of what it really is. NOVAK may have figured this out by now, but it is installed and works at half the actual RPM. · NOVAK Aluminum Radiator and Electric Cooling Fan. $1190, have receipts. · Wiring consolidated into 1 power distribution box. See pictures. I tried to make this as clean as I could. Lots going on under the hood. · OBDII preserved. EVAP Purge is also functioning. Computer sees the engine as the 2005 GMC Envoy. Inspected every year with no issues. · Exhaust Manifolds, Catalytic converters, and exhaust from 2011 Camaro. · Custom welded exhaust to fit the Jeep. Tight Fit!, but sounds awesome!! Quiet rumble that to someone unsuspecting, they would not know the HP under the hood. Awesome! · K&M Air Filter. Needed for space. · Transmission cooler installed, 2014. Have receipts. · All new hoses installed 2014. · Air Conditioning Compressor is the original from the Jeep. Custom made bracket supports the AC compressor. New Serpentine Belt installed. Jeep Drivetrain information; · Transfer Case – NP231. o I have an extra NP231 Transfer case that goes with this purchase. · Slip Yoke Eliminator Kit installed Part # - RT24005 o New DriveShaft custom built and installed. o Adjustable Upper Rear Control arms installed to align new axle with slip yoke eliminator kit, with 2 ½ lift kit. · Front and Rear Axles Rebuild 2016, $1,500. New Gears. Have receipts. Rear Gear Ratio is now 3.07. Geared for Highway. This jeep can cruise at 70mph, no problem! RPM ~1800. All kinds of power with this setup! · Tires - 31X10.5R15 Goodyear Wrangler Dura Trac, New 10/26/2013, (Jeep mileage 83,367 at that time) These only have about 13,000 miles on them.
