Here is a listing for a very rare 1982 Honda CX 500 turbo charge. This as you may know is the very first turbo charged motorcycle to ever come out! If you do not know how cool and how rare and how cutting edge this bike was at production you should Google it. This is a one owner bike that I picked up from an estate sale simply because I could not pass up the cool factor of this motorcycle. I purchased it from the original owner‘s estate and he kept this bike in immaculate condition! It has just over 14,500 miles on it and has always been garaged. It is an Arizona bike and has been there all of its life until I purchased it. It currently is located in Washington state. This bike has very few issues. It has a couple of scratches on the exhaust pipe on one side and the the fiberglass is cracked by the grab bar under the rear seat. The original owner installed a radar detector just above the dash. There is a small coolant leak coming from the water pump but only when the bike is running. After some research I have determined That it needs a water pump shaft seal which is a fairly easy fix but one I am not comfortable doing so I am selling as is. This bike starts and runs but has been sitting for about four years being started and run every month or so. It does NOT have bad gas in it. The gas is in good condition and was always stored with a fuel stabilizer. I suspect that maybe one of the injectors is partially clogged because it sputters a little. Because of the coolant leak issue I have not taken this bike out and ran it out to try to smooth out the sputtering issue. This bike is absolutely beautiful and just needs a little bit of TLC To be mint condition! The bike also comes with original brochures with the original owners name printed on the front cover. I also have the original tool pouch, and the original wind deflector panels that attach to the original windshield. I have a slightly taller windshield as well.
