You are viewing a pristine example of a low mileage original survivor with very high show quality paint. All internal paint including front and rear storage compartments, door jams, hinge pillars, motor compartment, and undercarriage, is original. Outside paint is very high show quality paint, at a cost higher than the value of most surviving good 914's. Please look at the photos of remote areas and see for yourself. It is rust free, including original battery tray, and hell hole area, and no accident history as well. Interior is original, and exceptional for its age. Please note the very clean original factory undercoat, and especially where it has chipped off over the years, and reveals the original Gold Metallic paint L 97 H. It's mechanically sound and has always been maintained in this condition. Recent service includes in depth tune up with valve adjustment, new plugs, points, condenser, cap and rotor, plug wires, fuel pump and hoses, and all vacuum lines, and of course fresh oil and filter, and a new set of tires, if you choose on having some fun while on vacation, here in wine country, before your journey home.
