1980 Camaro Sport Coupe 305 V8 Selling A 1980 All Original Camaro Sport Coupe with T- Tops. Has the 305ci V8 5.0 Liter automatic original motor. This Camaro Starts and runs. Odometer reads 37000 miles. It's plated and insured and I have a clear title in my name. It's not ready for the highway yet but I do drive around the neighborhood just to show off. Clear coat is fading on hood. Front and rear bumper have chips on paint as well. No rust showing on the exterior body. Driver door has a chip/dent by the door handle. The rims on the car are oxidized and need refurbishing. I do have the original rims the came with the car as they a part of the sale. Needs brakes and shocks replaced. Left rear tail light has a hole in it. InteriorI bought this car with no front seats and purchased a good pair but in black. Back seat are an great shape. Dash is in good shape but has flaws through out but no major cracks. Gauges don't work because the plastic circuit board is burnt out. Needs head liner. Window motors are seized but do get power. T-tops are solid and do not leak. Has original radio. Drive trainThe 305ci V8 starts up and runs. It could use a tune up. Transmission needs work. I do drive around town and from 0-40 mph it drives but does lack power. Automatic gear shift cable is broke so I use the column to shift into drive/reverse and park. Previous owner removed the A/C compressor, so no A/C. SummaryI see a lot of adds where the seller says the car just needs some "TLC". Really!! I know I've listed only the cons...but I have to be honest and up front. All and all the car looks and runs good.
